The Lease Connection team is composed of experienced licensed leasing agents who help thousands of clients find housing around Austin each year. In addition, our executive team has over fifty years of combined experience in apartment leasing, which is passed down to our professional and friendly leasing agents. We have intimate knowledge of the Austin apartment market and our “street level” knowledge allows our clients to make informed decisions during the leasing process.

My name is Juliet and I am from a tiny West Texas town. I got my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, but don’t worry I “wised up” and moved to Austin to get my Master’s from The University of Texas. Both degrees are in Advertising and give me an upper hand in being able to sift through the very cluttered apartment advertising landscape in order to find you a place you’ll actually want to call home. As a person who has moved nine times in six years, I understand the struggle of house hunting and just want to make the situation stress-free and exciting for you, as it should be.

Hi, I’m Chanel! Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I moved to Austin in 2020 after graduating from the University of Southern California to pursue a Master of Science in Finance degree at UT McCombs. I absolutely love what this city has to offer! Outside of Real Estate, I enjoy trying new restaurants; exploring scenic views, and working out. Growing up I watched a lot of HGTV and that sparked my interest in Real Estate. Having lived on the East-coast, West-coast and now down South, I understand the importance of finding a place to call home.
